That’s why each garment is made one piece at a time— just for you—intentionally and sustainably.

With that in mind please note the following terms for Returns and Exchanges BEFORE you order:

NO REFUNDS

Because we offer a boutique approach toward personalized production, we do not offer refunds on any of our designs.

But we do offer the following:

EXCHANGES FOR STORE CREDIT

If you want to exchange your garment for any reason, please send an email to  info@barefootpivot.com for return instructions at the buyer’s expense. Once we receive the return garment, we will issue an online store gift card less the original shipping fees (if applicable) to be used at your leisure (ok, it expires in 7 years).

Exchange Terms | Returns will be accepted if the garment is in NEW condition/never worn, and we were notified within 14-days from date of delivery.  

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

If we made a mistake (so sorry) please send us an email to info@barefootpivot.com with a picture and issue/concern. We will then send you return instructions with a FREE return label. A replacement garment will be sent once the garment is en route.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OUTSIDE THE U.S.:

The above terms also apply to all international orders.

Please note: Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Check with your local customs office for more information.
