At Barefoot Pivot, every design is made to order. Rather than producing garments in bulk, each piece is thoughtfully created when your order is placed—one at a time, just for you.

Please read the below custom made-to-order production timeline and shipping logistics:

Production Timeline

  • Please allow 10–14 business days before your order ships.
  • During the Christmas season (Nov. 23-Dec. 31), please allow 14–18 business days.
  • Please note that you will receive an automated tracking number once your order has shipped.

Need It Sooner?

If your order is a gift or your timeline doesn't allow for made-to-order production, consider sending a Barefoot Pivot Gift Card. It's a meaningful way to share encouragement while allowing your recipient to choose the piece that's right for them.

Domestic & International Logistics

  • United States Shipping: Once crafted, domestic orders are passed to our fulfillment partner for shipping. You will receive an automated tracking number once your order has shipped. All domestic orders are eligible for our exchange-only policy within 14 days of delivery. 
  • International Shipping: Once crafted, your order is passed to our fulfillment partner for shipping. You will receive an automated tracking number once your order has shipped.  Due to global customs complexities, all international sales are final.
  • NOTE: International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Any local import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not collected at checkout and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
