Shipping policy

Please review our shipping and custom made-to-order production guidelines below:

• United States Shipping: Once crafted, domestic orders are passed to our fulfillment partner for shipping. You will receive an automated tracking number once your order is shipped. All domestic orders are eligible for our exchange-only policy within 14 days of delivery. 
• International Shipping: Once crafted, your order is passed to our fulfillment partner for shipping. You will receive an automated tracking number the moment your package leaves the facility.  Due to global customs complexities, all international sales are final.
• NOTE: International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Any local import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not collected at checkout and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
